Dr. Richard A. Davis

Co-Founder / Chairman and Chief Technical Officer

Dr. Davis’ personal mission for two decades has been the improvement of consumer and business transactions using voice/data technologies. In 1990, he co-founded Radish Communications Systems (now known as Radish 1.0) to invent, develop, and pioneer a new modem protocol for sending data during ordinary phone calls.

Previously, Dr. Davis held various engineering and management positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories. After Radish 1.0 was acquired in 1996, he co-founded and grew several ventures with prize-winning collaboration and technical support technology.

He has an MS and Ph.D. in Engineering from Columbia University. In addition, he holds numerous patents from his work at Bell Laboratories and Radish 1.0.

Ken Jensen

Acting Chief Executive Officer

Ken brings over 30 years of management and leadership experience to Radish. He’s served in a variety of sectors and positions, including retail bank management, GM in a large international company, owner of a large construction supply company, and COO of a software company.

As a business owner, Ken has had a strong record of spearheading change, increasing revenue, and improving employee productivity and morale. He has created and implemented unique marketing strategies to solidify strong customer relationships.  Ken has been an effective financial manager with marked success in increasing cash flow, reducing expenses, restructuring personnel, and exceeding budget goals. Ken’s experiences in mergers and acquisitions of his own companies, has given him an insider’s perspective of successfully dealing with change.

Ken and his wife Jamie enjoy cycling, hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing in the Colorado wilderness. He graduated from the University of Montana with a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics.

Dr. Theresa M. Szczurek

Co-Founder / COO and Corporate Board Member

Dr. Szczurek is the co-founder and previous Chief Executive Officer of Radish. She resigned as CEO to become the State of Colorado’s Chief Information Officer in January 2019. The newly elected Governor, Jared Polis, appointed her to lead over 1000 statewide staff to drive information technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions and support state agencies with missions critical to serving Coloradans. She won the Colorado CIO of the Year in the public sector.

Szczurek leaves an impressive record of co-founding and leading Radish Systems (Radish 2.0) since 2009 when smart devices and mobile communications were just becoming contenders for conducting business in the USA and worldwide. Radish quickly became the pioneer “voice with visuals” technology that has since become the status quo in mobile communications. Previously, as co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Planning Officer of Radish 1.0, Szczurek was key in transforming the start-up into a thriving firm that sold for over $40 million.

As CEO of Technology and Management Solutions, LLC she helps clients grow exponentially through strategic planning/execution, market/customer/sales development, IT oversight/cybersecurity/digital transformation, and organization/leadership development. With extensive board experience, she serves as a corporate board member for Western Colorado University and Radish 2.0. She wrote the Amazon-bestseller, Pursuit of Passionate Purpose, which provides her proven, step-by-step formula for success.

Szczurek began her career with eight years at AT&T Bell Laboratories and AT&T International, first designing and greatly improving performance of business information systems and then producing large-scale revenue growth by managing their delivery into world markets. She holds an MS in Operations Research from Stanford University and an MBA and Ph.D. in Business Administration (with a focus in Marketing and Organization Development) from the University of Colorado.

Pamela DeBellis

Director of Customer Care and Marketing

Pamela oversees Customer Care and plays a critical role in Marketing. She has over twenty-five years of experience with healthcare products and services. She has held consulting and internal roles from Senior Engineer to Senior Director of Marketing and Business Development for startups to Fortune 500 companies, including Medtronic, Philips HealthTech, Sunrise Medical, and Global Healthcare Exchange.  

Pamela has a B.S. in materials science and engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and M.Eng. in mechanical engineering and business from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She holds five U.S. and international patents for medical devices and has been quoted in several publications on healthcare technology, customer experience, and diversity and innovation.

She has served as a CEO mentor for the Rockies Venture Club’s HyperAccelerator and for 101010 Health, as an Advisory Board member for the Foundation for Global Scholars, and as guest lecturer at the University of Colorado-Boulder College of Engineering.

Victor Morrison

Business Development Director

As Business Development Director for Radish, Victor excels in identifying and pursuing creative business opportunities. He served as Next IT’s Chief Strategy Officer, is an expert in pharma and pharmacy, and has over 22 years of healthcare sales experience with industry leader Teva Pharmaceuticals.

With Teva he designed and led a study of the interface between specialty pharmacy and patients receiving treatment for multiple sclerosis, detailing the impact of interface design on compliance, adherence and, most importantly, patient outcomes. This deepened his understanding of how virtual health assistants can most effectively serve both the industry and patients.

Victor has an MBA in Marketing from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Marketing.

Kim Koeller

Director of Customer Engagement

As Director of Customer Engagement, Kim leverages over 25 years of hands-on contact center, business transformation, product launch and Information Technology (IT) expertise with cross-industry clients on four continents. She is also an international public speaker at North American and global industry conferences educating audiences on customer experience, innovation and client successes.

Her experience includes 17-plus years at Accenture in the Worldwide Technology Practice and the Customer Experience Consulting Practice as a former Global Partner and Customer Excellence Lead. She has led market-leading client consulting projects from contact center strategy through implementation.

Kim and her team deliver industry-leading business solutions showcasing multi-channel customer sales and service capabilities supported by cloud, premise, hybrid and outsourced technology platforms including Amazon Connect, Genesys, Avaya, Aspect, Oracle, SAP and others. These inbound and outbound customer interactions include ChoiceView voice with visuals, IP web telephony, IVR, speech recognition, telephone, predictive dialer, web self-service, chat and iOS / Android mobile apps.

Steve Parrish

Financial Consultant

Steve has made a career of working with small businesses — either as a full-time employee or on a consulting basis. He is currently a partner with Parrish Services providing outsourced CFO services to Radish. His experience has bridged many industries including software development, SAAS, manufacturing, professional services, telematics and food processing. He has held senior level positions in accounting, finance, sales and marketing, and global licensing on multiple occasions in the course of his career.  Steve’s relentless focus is to increase company profitability, to design timely and accurate management reports, to create meaningful budget models, to implement best-practice business processes and to ensure an optimal capital structure. Steve earned his MBA degree from Cornell University. He is a CPA in Colorado (inactive status) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Steve and his wife, Ann reside in Boulder where they enjoy multiple outdoor activities in their spare time.

Anthony J. Brittain

Co-Founder / Chief Architect and Developer

Mr. Brittain began his career working with Seymour Cray developing supercomputers at Los Alamos and other US National Laboratories. He has over 30 years experience in developing computer software, hardware, and telecommunications products/services in entrepreneurial technology-based firms such as Scientific Software, Intercomp, and NBI. As Director of Software and Advanced Technology at RCS, he designed the Help Desk application that became an industry standard for diagnosis and repair of software on remote PCs during a phone call.

He has a BS in Applied Math and Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds numerous patents.
