- Call the Aetna Member Services number on your ID card.
Lost your card? - Tell the Aetna Representative you have the ChoiceView for Aetna mobile app.
- When instructed, tap Start.
Troubleshooting
Try any of the following steps and then try the app again:
- Turn on your WiFi, connect to a network for data, and confirm the connection at a web page.
- Call from any other available phone, but first you must enter the app’s settings, save the alternate phone’s number, and then dial from that phone.
- Try using a VoIP app to call from your number; make sure it has a caller ID with your mobile number and can dial regular phone numbers.
