Have you visited TrueVisualIVR.com, our new additional website that educates and reduces market confusion about Visual IVRs? ChoiceView's true Visual Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution eases the pain of frustrating automated phone systems. We need your help to spread the word as we work to build awareness, drive traffic, and find businesses that need ChoiceView to transform their traditional voice-only business communications to "Voice with Visuals."

Using ChoiceView for Field Tech Support — See How in New Demo Video

Your Internet is not working, you're speaking with your provider, and neither of you is sure what the other is talking about. ChoiceView lets you show photos of your modem setup while talking, so the technician can provide "Voice with Visuals" support specific to your inquiry.

Using ChoiceView for Health Care — See the HIPAA-Complaint Solution

ChoiceView is now enhanced to provide fully encrypted, secure, HIPAA-complaint business communications for mobile customer support and sales in many industry segments including Health Care. Now you can see how ChoiceView improves your experience with "Voice with Visuals" live assistance. Medical support contact center agents are saying: "Everyone wants everything NOW. ChoiceView is helpful in providing information quickly." "ChoiceView makes my job easier and it makes the customer happier."

ChoiceView Now Available On Avaya
