Eric Gertler is responsible for all aspects of Radish’s Finance and Accounting operations. With over 25 years of financial management experience, focusing on VC funded start-ups and management buy-outs, Eric specializes efficient scalable accounting and finance operations for early-stage technology companies. He helped raise nearly $90M in VC and PE funding and bank debt.
Previously, Eric set up the corporate operations for E Source for the buy-out from McGraw Hill Companies. This included accounting, finance, HR, facilities, and IT operations, which he managed through rapid corporate growth and a corporate acquisition. As Director of Finance, Eric set up administrative operations that supported KBKids.com as it grew from 11 employees to 130 in two years.
Eric has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he completed Kellogg’s Professional Accounting Program.
