Jackie McDonald held the same position in Radish 1.0 where she assisted high profile PC manufacturers with implementing VoiceView® technology into their technical support centers and aided them in reducing their overall operational expenses. She has over 25 years management experience in new technology introductions, customer service, technical support, and training operations in the software, travel, and telecommunications industries including Confertech, Wang, Frontier Airlines, and others. She was responsible for leading a team that introduced the pioneering Q&A technology that is now a de facto standard in the audio teleconferencing community. Recently, Ms. McDonald managed a team of professionals that represented Microsoft Corporation, promoting Windows® and Microsoft Office in the retail sector.
She has a triple major BS in Applied Mathematics/Computer Science, Mathematics, and Mathematics Education from Florida State University.
